Order Cancellation:

1. You can cancel your order within 24 hours, only if it hasn’t been shipped.
2. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds:

We offer refunds if:

1. You received a wrong or damaged product.
2. The product is expired when it arrives.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we verify the issue.

No Refunds For:

1. Opened or used products.
2. Digital products or e-consultations already delivered
